Date:

President Bola Tinubu was on Thursday conferred with the prestigious chieftaincy title of ‘Dike Si Mba’ (Hero from Another Land) by the Anambra State Traditional Rulers Council during his official visit to the state.

The honour was bestowed by the council led by its Chairman, Igwe Chidubem Iweka of Obosi, in Awka, recognizing President Tinubu’s leadership and contributions.

Historic Visit and Project Inaugurations
President Tinubu arrived at the Chinua Achebe International Airport, Umueri, at approximately 12:15 pm, where he was received by Governor Chukwuma Soludo, Deputy Governor Onyeka Ibezim, and other top government officials.

During his visit, the President inaugurated Anambra State’s first-ever Government House, a landmark achievement over three decades after the state’s creation. He also commissioned several other key projects executed by the Soludo administration.

This marks President Tinubu’s second official visit to the South-East in 2025, following his trip to Enugu State in January.
